Natural Gray Hair

Hello All, hoping all is well with everyone. I have lived in Seattle, Washington over 20 years and have been natural since 1995. I am over 50 with gray hair. Would love to hear what works for anyone with gray hair. Most of the time I wear twists and I prefer this. Can't figure out products to use on my many different hair textures. When dry my front and sides are straight with very little curl/coil , the middle just doesn't seem to want to grow and is the kinkiest, the back (especially the nape) is somewhat curly. I love my hair and am not interested in dyeing/coloring. Just trying to learn to take better care of it.
